Our DNA and RNA isolation procedures include measurements of purity and concentration. These services can also be offered separately, along with sample preparation for downstream applications.
Preparation for downstream analyses.
We provide services for sample preparation, including DNA and RNA concentration measurement, sample quality control, normalisation, reformatting, and plate preparation for downstream services. Additional services include TaqMan gender determination, sample randomisation, FFPE restoration, aliquoting and DNA size selection, single-cell sorting, isolation, and nanoliter dispensing.
Clients at Erasmus MC can perform sample quality control using our facility’s instruments and equipment.
