The Olink proteomics platform measures a broad range of proteins and is suitable for applications ranging from large-scale biomarker discovery to targeted analyses. As part of the global network of Olink service providers, we offer both Explore and Target panels within our facility.
Explore up to 5,400 proteins.
We offer Olink Explore HT, a next-generation solution for large-scale, high-throughput proteomics. With over 5,400 validated protein assays and batch processing of 172 samples, this panel provides valuable data for population-scale studies.
Olink Reveal
Olink has launched the new high-throughput Reveal panel. Like the previous Explore panels, it is based on Proximity Extension Assay technology but features a more focused assay library of approximately 1.000 proteins. We offer a complete, high-quality workflow, including sample preparation, sequencing, and technical data analysis.
Target specific disease areas.
Olink Target 96 and 48 panels enable targeted protein biomarker discovery for specific disease areas or key biological processes. For human samples, we offer 14 Target 96 panels and two Target 48 panels. Additionally, a Target 96 Mouse panel and a Target 48 Mouse panel are available. Target 96 panels are processed in multiples of 88 samples, and Target 48 panels in multiples of 40 samples.
Absolute quantification
Unlike the relative quantification provided by the Explore and Target 96 panels, the Target 48, Flex, and Focus panels offer absolute protein measurements.
Target specific proteins.
In addition to the 48 and 96 panels, we offer Olink Flex panels. Olink Flex allows you to select 5 to 30 proteins from a set of 197 pre-validated assays across various research areas. We also run pre-designed Flex panels, including Inflammation, UKB Type 2 Diabetes, Immuno-Oncology, Inflammation in Aging, and Cytokine Storm. Flex panels are processed in batches of 40 samples.
Create a custom panel with Focus.
With Olink Focus, you have the flexibility to create a custom panel of up to 21 proteins, selected from a library of over 5.000 validated biomarkers tailored to your project’s needs. The panel is developed in collaboration with Olink and processed at our facility. Focus panels are run in batches of 40 samples.

Olink Explore available throughout 2025.
Run in batches of 88 samples, the Explore 3072 platform offers access to around 3.072 biomarkers for exploratory proteomics. For more focused projects, you can choose from the eight modular 384-plex panels within the Explore 3072 library. Panels will be withdrawn from stock in Q1 2026.
