Sample quality control, library preparation, and sequencing are all part of our epigenetic sequencing workflow. Services include technical data quality control of the data and for additional data analysis we have developed a range of optimised pipelines.

Short-read sequencing

Short-read sequencing generates DNA fragments between 50 and 500 base pairs, enabling efficient high-throughput genomic analysis. We offer several Illumina platforms for your project, including MiSeq, NextSeq 500, NextSeq 2000, and NovaSeq 6000.

Long-read sequencing

Long-read sequencing generates DNA fragments from 1.000 to over 100.000 base pairs, making it ideal for analyzing complex regions and structural variants. We offer Oxford Nanopore sequencing on GridION and PromethION platforms, suited to various applications and throughput needs.
