Next-generation DNA sequencing enables rapid comparison of genetic content across samples. It identifies both germline and somatic variants, including single nucleotide polymorphisms, insertions and deletions, copy number variants, and other structural variations.
Library preparation services.
Library preparation is an essential part of our sequencing services. We offer a variety of options, including Whole Exome Sequencing, Whole Genome Sequencing, mtDNA sequencing, amplicon sequencing, targeted or panel-based DNA sequencing, and CRISPR.
For epigenetics.
We perform library preparation for epigenetic sequencing, including MeD-Seq, CUT&Tag, CUT&Run, Omni-ATAC, 4C sequencing, and ChIP-seq.
The DNA sequencing workflow includes sample quality control, library preparation, and sequencing. Technical quality control of the data is included as part of the sequencing service. Additionally, we offer a range of data analysis services with optimised pipelines.
Our modular approach lets you combine services as needed - use our sequencing service with your own library preparation, or rely on our library preparation and sequencing and perform the data analysis yourself.
Short-read sequencing
Short-read sequencing generates DNA fragments between 50 and 500 base pairs, enabling efficient high-throughput genomic analysis. We offer several Illumina platforms for your project, including MiSeq, NextSeq 500, NextSeq 2000, and NovaSeq 6000.
Long-read sequencing
Long-read sequencing generates DNA fragments from 1.000 to over 100.000 base pairs, making it ideal for analyzing complex regions and structural variants. We offer Oxford Nanopore sequencing on GridION and PromethION platforms, suited to various applications and throughput needs.
