Single-cell sequencing uncovers cellular diversity and variations that bulk analyses, which average multiple cells, can miss. Single-cell RNA sequencing provides detailed gene expression profiles of individual cells, highlighting differences in cell types and states. We offer both FLASH-seq and 10x Genomics platforms.
FLASH-seq
We offer FLASH-seq, a powerful technique that captures full-length mRNA transcripts in single-cell RNA sequencing. This method provides comprehensive and detailed information on gene expression levels, alternative splicing events, and transcript isoforms within individual cells.
10x Genomics
Another single-cell technique we offer is 10x Genomics, which uses microfluidic technology to enable high-throughput single-cell RNA sequencing. This platform allows the simultaneous processing and analysis of thousands of individual cells in a single run, providing detailed insights into cellular heterogeneity, gene expression patterns, and complex biological processes at the single-cell level.
